The hand carved roses in this amazing ring are literally chef's kiss good. The 8 roses are part of that early to mid 20th Century stylising that we just adore. The underside of the navette is also hand carved and it shows the utter craftsmanship and devotion to the piece that not only are there leaves carved out but delicate echoing lines. This ring is just fabulous for the finger coverage it offers. In the most elegant of shapes, sitting not too proud off the finger, the filigree and curve of the gold offer the most fabulous pattern of light and dark.

Hallmarks  - none - acid tested for 14ct gold 

Condition - a crack on the end of the filigree, piece still secure, but it is not as strong as the rest of the ring if it was to be bashed. There is a mark on the outside of the shank, that is either a "ding" or a worn hallmark. Surface scratches commensurate with age.
